You enjoyed the green drink every morning and loved the breakfast buffet. Sounds like you really liked the Huevos Divorciado, too.
Saffron was another of the restaurants you enjoyed!

La Laguna Restaurant has Stephanie’s Mexican dream breakfast buffet at the Fairmont Mayakoba. Let’s not forget the live music and the cooking classes if you are inspired to take the tastes if the Riviera Maya home! The buffet offers pretty much anything you could want including Huevos Divorciados, local fruits and tasty aqua frescos. I am hungry already and sign me up for that fresh green juice!

I’m guessing you moseyed down to the breakfast buffet in one of the 2 maxi dresses you packed hopefully paired with the Stephanie Johnson jewelry pouch/ small carry all. You mentioned they pretty much had anything you could want including local fruits and tasty aqua frescos. They blend a special ‘green’ juice that you had every morning. You ate the Huevos Divorciados (two eggs over easy, one with spicy green sauce, the other with a milder red). You love your Mexican food!

Mexican is ones of my favorite cuisines! It sounds like you enjoyed Mayakoba’s breakfast buffet and green juice at La Laguna. I also love green juice and always try to buy it fresh.
Mayakoba’s sustainable menus sound delicious and impressive, too. I’d love to enjoy lobster and fresh local seafood while relishing the views of the Carribean from Las Brisas.

Stephanie enjoyed the special ‘green’ juice every morning and the Huevos Divorciados (two eggs over easy, one with spicy green sauce, the other with a milder red). I’m guessing she ate at La Laguna as it looks like that’s the only restaurant at the resort that is open for breakfast. Yum!

While Stephanie Johnson was at the Fairmont Mayakoba she enjoyed a dreamy breakfast buffet of wonderful Mexican dishes that offered everything from local fruits to aqua frescos. As a lover of Mexican food, she had the Huevos Divorciados at the La Laguna Grill & Bar. With two eggs over easy, one spicy and one mild, it sounds perfect! The La Laguna also serves a menu of light and healthy Mexican options. Stephanie also enjoyed the green juice they blended every morning. The restaurant has an outdoor terrace overlooking the mangrove and water canals, and a seating area with views of the infinity pools. Lovely!

SJ loves Mexican food! For breakfast, among other things, she enjoyed local fruit in any form, including the delicious aqua frescos. She also liked the special green juice they blended for her. Huevos Divorciados were also a favorite for breakfast. For dinner, SJ especially liked a Thai Restaurant named Saffron.

We always hear that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so partaking of the breakfast buffet at La Laguna was both a healthy and sounds like tasty choice. Juicing has become quite popular in the US and it appears they do it well south of the border with freshly blended green juice. I wonder if it was kale, or spinach or possibly even celery that made it green? Here’s to your healthy choices, Stephanie!

Steph does love her Mexican food- especially the breakfast buffet where she enjoyed the Huevos Diviorciados. This is a delicious combination of eggs over easy on tortillas with a green chile sauce on one side and a red chile sauce on the other side. Steph loved the aqua frescos and green juice too- a combination of orange juice, celery and Chaya leaves. The fresh fruit is from the Chef’s garden: pineapples, bananas, oranges, and tangerines, to name a few. A perfect and healthy way to start her day!
She enjoyed Thai food from Saffron, Banyan Tree’s signature restaurant. Eating delicious food overlooking the lagoon and mangroves-sounds divine!

Let’s all go to the Fairmont Mayakoba Resort! It all sounds so yummy! Stephanie does love her Mexican food, she loved the breakfast buffet served on the resort, at La Laguna. She loved their “green” juice each morning! I love green juices too! Don’t forget the Huevos Divorcaidos! Dr. Oz says to eat those eggs; eggs are a good source of protein, which we need to start each day right! Stephanie also enjoyed their Chef’s garden grown fresh fruits and aqua frescos! I love Thai food too, and Stephanie also enjoyed their Thai restaurant, “Saffron” another great find within the Mayakoba resort! Sounds super healthy! I am ready to go!

Wahoo! Viva Mexico. Love that part of the world. Who doesn’t love a decadent breakfast buffet? And having them blend you delish green juices specially every morning is downright luxurious. And very good for a glowing complexion! Saffron at the Banyan Tree Resort sounds lovely. Bangkok is one of the sexiest cities in the world in my opinion.. A little slice of sexy scrumptious Bangkok in sultry Mexico? Mi gusta!! xoxoxo
